Juayita B. Edd

Shortly after graduating high school in New Jersey, Juayita B. Edd relocated to Georgia where she obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Communications from Kennesaw State University.

Juayita began her real estate career in 2003 with Coldwell Banker Sanford Realty and later with Perfect Properties Realty, before launching Gold Rush Realty in 2008 in Buford, Georgia. As the managing broker for Gold Rush Realty, Juayita believes in order for the company and the members to succeed, they must possess the desire, education and knowledge. She takes pride in working with all members to ensure they are properly equipped with the tools needed in order to provide Clients with the highest level of professionalism, knowledge and service to maintain long lasting relationships.

Juayita likes to spend her spare time reading, dancing, traveling, and playing in the sand with her daughter and spending quality time with her husband, Michael of 9 years. Although, her business goal is to create a brand that stands out among others in the real estate world, Juayita believes that none of what has been created is without her spiritual foundation. She believes there is a higher power called God and through His teachings anything in life is possible. She takes nothing for granted and is thankful for family, friends, and life as a whole.

Jennifer Bowlin

Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in Georgia, Jennifer Bowlin graduated from Henderson High School in 1983.

As a mother to an outstanding young son, Jennifer spent many years as a House-Manager, encouraging and enriching the lives of several children and families.

Although a difficult decision to leave her position as a House Manager, Jennifer decided to pursue her passion in real estate and launched a commercial construction company for which she was part owner for 4 years. With her organizational skills and years of management, Jennifer is the perfect blend at Gold Rush Realty.

In her spare time, Jennifer turns to her creative talents. She enjoys sewing and reinventing clothing styles and unique fashions. In addition, she is an incredible “Handywoman!"She can fix a variety of mishaps around the home and can create solutions for most dilemmas. As an out-of-the-box thinker, and the Administrative Assistant, Jennifer keeps the members on their toes and embodies the true meaning of a hard worker.

Donna Owens

A native from Newark, NJ., Donna Owens, relocated to Providence, RI, where she finished her last year of High School and went on to attend Johnson & Wales University.

Later in 1994, Donna relocated to Atlanta, GA where she excelled as a Project Manager for several years. With her project management skills coupled with her outstanding negotiating and sales support experience, Donna found real estate to be a perfect career choice.  As one of the newest members to the Gold Rush Realty family, we welcome her and are excited about the added value she brings to the team.

Donna has a daughter and grandson that bring her joy. Her other enjoyments in life are writing, music, friends, family and travel. Her motto: Life is short, we should all strive to be our best selves!
